Daniel Ray Morgan Jr., 29, and Sarah Osborn were arrested early Monday on charges of burglary and receiving stolen property stemming from the incident in the 2600 block of Hazel Avenue in Dayton.
According to a Dayton police incident report, the victims reported losing the following items to burglary from July 26 to 28: miscellaneous pairs of shoes; two wooden square end tables; a baseball bat; a refrigerator with ice maker and water dispenser; a Graco “pack and pay” still in the box; a Keurig coffee maker; a microwave; a 32-inch flat screen TV; pots — and pans.
Monday night, Morgan remained detained in the Montgomery County Jail pending the filing of formal single counts of felony burglary and misdemeanor receiving stolen property.
Osborn remained in jail pending the formal filing of a single count of receiving stolen property.
Bail for each has been set at $2,500 on the property count.
